Selwyn is a Lawyer by qualification and has extensive experience in the financial services and funds management industries.  Since the 1980's Selwyn has performed corporate advisory work for Bankers Trust in Australia as well as for various entities in France, Switzerland, Germany and Italy.  Selwyn's particular expertise is in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, strategic advice and management issues. Selwyn has also previously acted as an Executive Director of Poynton Corporate Limited.

Since 1994 Selwyn has also managed Knights Capital Group Limited, an investment company with particular interests in listed and unlisted emerging companies and property development and management.

Greg is an Engineer by qualification and has extensive experience in both the systems design and financial services industries.  In the late 1970's and throughout the 1980's Greg managed systems design and implementation projects initially for the computer giant IBM, both in Australia and the United States, and subsequently for a number of private clients in Australia and South-East Asia.

Since the early 1990's Greg has been involved in the financial services and investment management industries and since the late 1990's has especially focused on Technical Analysis strategies as a means of using direct shares to create long term wealth. Greg's unique combination of the disciplined processes of engineering logic, his systems design expertise and his understanding of technical trading strategies allows for a powerful insight into using direct shares as a vehicle for long-term wealth creation for investors.
