I already use Technical Analysis to invest in direct shares. Why would I use a Managed Fund?

The ASX comprises around 2,000 companies and at any time the number of stocks which are potential investments for our Fund (taking into account the investment strategy) can number in excess of 300.  While not all will provide the appropriate lower risk opportunities to invest, the Fund invests in all of those that do. 

A larger portfolio like a managed fund gives an investor exposure to all stocks which meet the investment criteria, not just a limited (and often random) selection as may be the case in a smaller, personal, portfolio.
