I already use Technical Analysis to invest in direct shares. Why would I use a Managed Fund? How many stocks will the Fund typically hold? What happens to the Fund in a falling market? What is the distribution policy?

What happens to the Fund in a falling market? The Fund only invests in stocks where the share price is trending upwards. In a falling market opportunities to invest will be fewer than in a rising market and during these times unallocated funds will be invested in high yielding at call deposits. The Fund will not hold short positions.
