I already use Technical Analysis to invest in direct shares. Why would I use a Managed Fund? How many stocks will the Fund typically hold? What happens to the Fund in a falling market? What is the distribution policy?

What is the distribution policy? The Fund will make distributions every six months. The distributions will comprise all income and all of the capital gains realised during the previous six months. Distributions will be tax advantaged to the extent that tax advantaged income (e.g. franked dividends) have been received by the Fund. Distributions may be reinvested in additional units in the Fund.
